NightSoundly publishes product information that can change, including pricing, trial terms, warranties, features and availability. We aim to date-check volatile information and link to primary sources.

When something changes

If a manufacturer changes a product or policy, NightSoundly updates the affected page when the change is identified. Material changes should also update the “last checked” or “last updated” date.

When NightSoundly is wrong

Factual errors should be corrected promptly rather than silently defended. When a correction materially changes a buying conclusion, the page should make that change clear.

How readers can help

Readers, brands and retailers may flag outdated or incorrect information through the contact channel published on NightSoundly. Commercial relationships do not guarantee that requested editorial changes will be accepted.

What does not qualify as a factual correction

A brand disagreeing with a stated tradeoff, drawback or clearly labeled editorial analysis does not by itself make the analysis factually wrong. NightSoundly distinguishes verifiable facts from opinion and buying analysis.
